Sistas,A sista is just another woman, perhaps from a different part of the world, a different ethnic background or maybe you live just down the street from me. It’s not important. What is important is the fact that we as women all share something in common with one another. We’re all Women! Therefore, we deal with a lot of the same issues and can relate to each other on a totally different level. So, you don’t have to be African American to be a Sista. You could be an Indian American, Japanese American, Chinese American, Italian American, etc. We know that we come in all shapes, sizes and colors. We’re all Sistas and be sure you understand that it doesn’t matter how you look or what your language preference is. There shouldn’t be any barriers here because we all need one another on some plane.
